Credits and promotions
Your organization has one balance. Every call is paid from it, whatever the credit came from. The Activity list on the Billing page shows every movement with its kind:

Promotional credit (match and referral credit) pays for any call, on any model, like any other credit. It never expires, has no cash value, and cannot be transferred or withdrawn. The terms of service carry the small print.
The match: spend 250 USD in 30 days, then every top-up is doubled
Section titled “The match: spend 250 USD in 30 days, then every top-up is doubled”Every account gets one match, in its first organization (the one created when you sign up), in three steps:
- Your 30 days start when you sign up. The dashboard counts them down.
- Spend 250.00 USD in those 30 days, in your first organization. Anything billed counts: calls on named models and on
auto. - After day 30, every top-up is matched dollar for dollar, up to 250.00 USD. Top up 20, get 20. Top up 50, get 50. A top-up larger than what is left is matched up to the remainder. Match credit is added the moment your payment clears and is usable at once.
Top-ups made during the 30 days are not matched; they are what you spend to qualify. The dashboard shows where you are: how much is left to unlock the match and the days left, the day the match starts once you qualify, and while matching, how much free credit is still waiting for you. The Add credits dialog shows every amount with the match it earns.
Two rules protect the offer against card fraud: the 30-day wait, and this: a top-up that earns a match cannot be refunded, and if a matched top-up is disputed or reversed, the match it earned is removed from your balance. Organizations that are suspended or have an open payment dispute do not receive new matches.
If the 30 days end below 250.00 USD, the match is over for your account. Other organizations you create, and people you invite, have no match of their own. If you transfer your first organization to someone else, its match goes with it. Referrals still earn credit.
Referrals: 25 USD for every team you bring
Section titled “Referrals: 25 USD for every team you bring”Every user has a referral link, shown on the Referrals page: https://zabio.ai/join/<your-name>. The name is two words drawn for you from Zabio’s own vocabulary, a saving word and a rail or computing word (thrifty-junction, swift-signal, lean-lambda); you can draw a new one, or choose your own (3 to 20 characters of letters, digits and hyphens; some words are reserved). Every name you have had keeps working, so a link you already shared never breaks.
When someone signs up through your link and the first organization they create adds 100.00 USD in top-ups, you get 25.00 USD of credit, paid once those top-ups are 30 days old and undisputed. Every referral counts; there is no cap. The referred team starts on the standard Free plan and gets nothing else for being invited.
The credit lands in the organization you choose on the Referrals page; by default the first organization you created. The page shows your clicks, your signups, each referral’s progress toward the 100.00 USD, the rewards waiting for their 30 days with the date each one clears, and what you have earned. It also gives you ready-made ways to share: copy, email, X, LinkedIn, and a badge for your README.
A referral pays nothing when the referred user already had a Zabio account under the same mailbox, used a disposable email domain, is a member of one of your organizations, pays with the same card as one of your organizations, or when a counted top-up is disputed. The link must be followed before the account is created: attribution cannot be added afterwards.
What counts, and when it stops
Section titled “What counts, and when it stops”- Both offers stack: an organization can be matched and its owner can earn referral credit at the same time.
- Zabio may end either offer for new qualifications and new referrals at any time. Credit already granted keeps its terms, an organization already matching keeps its match, and a reward already waiting for its 30 days is still paid.
- Promotional credit does not change your low-balance warnings: those follow your last top-up.
