Roadmap

Zabio is in beta. This page lists the features each coming version brings. New features arrive in even versions; improvements and fixes ship in between. The order matters more than dates: items move up when customers ask for them and down when they do not. Nothing here is a promise until it ships.

Version 1.4: images

• Image generation and edits.
• The image models of the vendors Zabio already routes to, behind the same key and the same auto routing.
• Each image as a download link or as data, whichever your code prefers, the same way for every vendor.

Version 1.6: voice and audio

• Text to speech, streamed back to you.
• Transcription of uploaded audio. OpenAI first, Google second.
• Audio inside chat messages, routed only to models that understand it.

Version 1.8: video

• Video as input where models support it.
• Video generation as background jobs, only if there is demand.

Under consideration

No decision yet, in either direction. Tell us if one of these matters to you.

• Advisor. A cheaper model handles your request and consults a stronger model from the same vendor only on the hard parts, so you pay top-model prices only where they are needed.
• Second opinion. An answer checked by a model of the same or a higher level from a different vendor, for the answers that matter most.
• Task coordinator. Give Zabio a complex task and get a finished result assembled from several models, with each step’s plan, routing and cost in view.
• An EU region for your data.
• Enterprise features, such as single sign-on (SSO and SAML) and invoicing after use.
